Anne is the studio’s founder and director. After completing her Ki yoga teacher training with Jack Marshall at the Zen Renaissance Centre in 2004, she has continued with Okido yoga studies, as well as Restorative and Yin yoga practices. She is also trained in naturopathy, herbalism, homeopathy, food as medicine, remedial massage & psychosomatic therapy. Anne is a mixed media artist with influences from the natural environment, and she offers group art sessions from time to time.
She is passionate about building community, and sharing knowledge with others, and in 2012 launched Mosman Village Yoga to bring the Japanese style of yoga to a wider audience, with public classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training.
Anne’s classes are accessible for all levels of experience and flexibility, aiming to strengthen weak bodies, relieve stress and restore balance, improve life force and confidence.

LINDA VAN AANHOLT
Yoga has always been Linda’s ‘go to’ medicine. She has been practising Yoga for more than 20 years and after studying Japanese Yoga Therapy she has a deeper understanding of how Yoga can recharge, rebalance and restore the body to its natural healthy state. Linda has a Certificate IV in Remedial Yoga Teaching (Japanese Yoga) and is a Level 1 Teacher registered with Yoga Australia.
Linda is a kind, accepting and supportive yoga teacher who enjoys encouraging and motivating students of all ability to do yoga. What she enjoys most about teaching yoga is seeing the positive changes it makes, the community and the shared laughter. You will feel comfortable and welcome in Linda’s classes and be prepared to float out.
