After completing her Ki yoga teacher training with Jack Marshall at the Zen Renaissance Centre in 2004, she has continued with Okido yoga studies, as well as Meditation, Restorative and Yin yoga practices. She is also trained in naturopathy, herbalism, homeopathy, reiki, food as medicine, remedial massage & psychosomatic therapy.
She is passionate about building community, and sharing knowledge with others, and in 2012 launched Mosman Village Yoga to bring the Japanese style of yoga to a wider audience, with a full schedule of classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training.
Anne’s classes are accessible for all levels of experience and flexibility, aiming to strengthen weak bodies, relieve stress and restore balance, improve life force and confidence. Classes are of medium intensity and involve some partner stretches, and meditation techniques.
