YOGA FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

For the pure beginners who have never tried yoga before. Regardless of your size or shape, age, strength, mobility or flexibility, come and discover what a regular yoga practice can do for you.
Ease yourself into the basics with a senior teacher in a small group setting (maximum 8 in the class) and go at your own pace. Become familiar with terminology, techniques and postures, breathing, meridian theory, and the guiding principles of Japanese style yoga.
