Anne’s classes are delivered through the lens of 5 Element Theory and TCM, incorporating somatic movement and seasonal wisdom. Accessible for all levels of experience and flexibility, aiming to strengthen the body, relieve stress and restore the balance of Qi.
In her spare time Anne is a mixed media artist with influences from the natural environment.
