About Kathy: I’m a mixed media artist and tutor from Sydney’s northern beaches. My arty past includes studying fine art printing techniques, ceramics and photography as well as winning a bursary to study fashion design. I worked as a heraldry artist, a costume designer and in advertising before settling in Sydney and discovering sketching and journaling as a daily meditation. I see my tutoring role as a facilitator, helping you find your individual creative style. So many of us have not picked up a paintbrush since childhood, but it’s never too late to awaken your creative instinct and let it flow.
About Anne: I’ve been practicing and teaching Japanese style yoga for the past couple of decades, sharing knowledge and experience on how to live in tune with the seasonal rhythms to bring balance and joy. I established the Mosman Village Yoga studio in 2012 and lead public classes, workshops and teacher training. I’ve also had a lifelong interest in music, visual arts, textiles, colour, photography and design, adding watercolours and sketching more recently under the inspiring guidance of Kathy. I try to bring life to the saying “cooking, painting, singing, music, dancing….. its all yoga!”
