Peter Masters – Shiatsu Therapist / Yoga
BA Dip Shiatsu YA STAA
Phone: 0418 139 232
Zen Shiatsu is a deeply nourishing and energising Japanese form of massage therapy. It’s done on a cotton futon mat through loose comfortable clothing. Zen Shiatsu uses traditional oriental diagnosis and supportive thumb, palm or elbow pressure on the body’s energy meridians to rebalance energy and release blockages and stagnation. It relaxes and invigorates the body and is deeply restorative on every level. By rebalancing the musculoskeletal, meridian and nervous systems, Zen Shiatsu stimulates the natural healing ability of the body.
Suitable for many conditions and general wellbeing, this unique therapy will help your body and internal organs reach equilibrium, encourage the self-healing process and promote a long-lasting sense of calm and relaxation.
Peter is an experienced practitioner having trained extensively in Australia, Japan and Italy. Zen Shiatsu is accredited by the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia and rebates are available from most private health funds.
Treatments are available and go for 75mins. Health fund rebates available.

Stefanie Gilmour – Reflexologist
Mob: 0417 687 000
Diploma of Reflexology – HLT51712
The ancient technique of Reflexology is a non – invasive, holistic therapy based on the principle that the body’s anatomy is reflected in miniature on certain reflex points located on the feet, hands, ears and face.
The Reflexology treatment comprises of applying specific pressure movements to these reflex points which triggers a response in the corresponding areas of the body hence encouraging relaxation, homeostasis and well-being.
Studies show that Reflexology can be highly effective in reducing stress and pain by promoting a profound state of deep relaxation. Through the relaxation process the body is able to release blockages, rebalance, restore the flow of energy and function more effectively particularly if recovering from illness, injury or under the influence of prolonged damaging stress.
The effects of Reflexology are unique to each person – Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age; from infants to the elderly – all have been known to derive positive benefits from this gentle yet restorative treatment.
So profound was Stefanie’s first Reflexology session that intuitively she sought to learn more about this tactile complimentary therapy which then prompted her to commence studies at Nature care College (Sydney) in 2000.
Stefanie’s journey has involved a lengthy career in the tourism and education sectors. Both fields have included many outstanding encounters with inspiring people in some unique & memorable destinations.
The yogic path has also played a significant role in her life. Inspirational teachers and illuminating insights along the way continue to support and highlight the importance of self-awareness, holistic well-being and self-care.
Stefanie provides a supportive clinical Reflexology treatment tailored to meet the individuals’ needs and is a Professional Member of the Reflexology Association of Australia (RAoA).
Reflexology Treatments are normally 1 hour in duration.
Health fund rebates are available.
